Returns and Refunds

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened disposable vapes, e-liquids, pods, coils, and used vaping devices cannot be returned unless they are covered by warranty due to a manufacturing fault.
Refunds are processed after returned items have been inspected and approved.

Warranty

Selected vaping devices include a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, liquid leaks, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase, product photographs, or serial numbers when submitting a warranty claim.
